Grandma's Tetrazzini ~ Gluten Free
Tetrazzini is a wonderful family meal where you can add your favorite poultry or just mushrooms. It is a very simple in flavor dish that you can totally make your own. This mix covers a pound of linguine and has approximately 8 servings.
Additional Ingredients: 1 lb Linguine, 6 TBSP Butter, 3 Cups Water, 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream, 4 Cups Cubed Cooked Turkey or Chicken, 1 Cup sliced Mushrooms Directions: Preheat Oven: 350 deg
Grease 9x13 pan Cook pasta according to package directions. Add "Broth" packet to water and stir well. In a saucepan, melt butter and add the "Sauce" packet, gradually add the broth - bring to a boil and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in cream. Drain linguine; add sauce, mushrooms, turkey or chicken and mix well. Transfer to 9x13 pan. Top with "Parmesan Cheese" packet. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover, bake until bubbly and heated through 20 - 30 minutes longer.
